The City of Brighton by and through its Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials as necessary for Replacement of the Roof at the Historic Train Depot Building.
PROJECT SUMMARY
The City seeking a roofing contractor to remove the old roofing on the Depot building, install new underlayment, sheetmetal, gutters, downspouts, triple laminate asphalt shingles and roof accessories, add ½” plywood over the entire roof to provide a solid plywood roof and apply an elastomeric coating to the top of the train car to prevent leaks.
