El Paso County is seeking written, best-value bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment, and time necessary to repair hail damage to various building as specified in this document. Additional work required per this solicitation is to remove and reinstall the lightning protection systems at some buildings. The work is divided into 2 (two) categories:

Repair hail damage at DOT Complex.
Repair hail damage at CJC Complex. Remove and reinstall lightning protection systems.

It is County’s preference to award a contract to one vendor for this solicitation. However, County reserves the right to hire multiple vendors if it’s advantageous to the County.
