All prospective bidders are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference. The Engineer may issue addenda as the Engineer considers necessary in response to the questions raised in the Pre-Bid Conference.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Upper Thompson Sanitation District will receive sealed bids at the District’s office, 2196 Mall Road, Estes Park, CO 80517 for the River Crossing Repair project until 10:00 AM on January 18, 2019 at which time all bids that have been duly received will be opened publicly. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, to readvertise for bids, or to withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond, or a certified or cashier's check payable to the order of the Owner in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid as a guaranty that the bidder will execute the contract, if awarded, in conformity with the Bid Form. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond on forms provided in the Contract Documents. Each bond shall be in the amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the contract price.
