This Project is for the acquisition of utility easements from the associated properties along Federal Blvd from just south of 88th Ave to just south of W 91st. This will be Phase One of Undergrounding of Overhead Electrical Systems within the City of Federal Heights. Xcel Energy has completed the design of this phase of system relocation. An additional section from 9280 Federal Blvd to 9380 Federal Blvd has yet to be designed, however it is anticipated that additional easements from the associated properties will be required. Additional information will be provided to consultant as Xcel completes their design. It is anticipated that this design will not be completed until after the contract has been executed with the potential consultant.
