06-2022 - Request for Proposals for: Citywide Cellular Communications/Fiber Study

The City desires to investigate the costs and benefits of various levels of involvement in the management and ownership of future fiber/cellular communications within the City, and the infrastructure needs related to these services. The City desires to create a long-term Vision and Network Design Plan to address the community’s goals for advancing and improving cellular communication by acquiring the services of a Professional Consultant (hereafter “Consultant”) that has proven experience in performing similar studies.  To be eligible for consideration, the proposing Consultant must be capable of providing the Scope of Services in the RFP and must also meet all other criteria outlined in the RFP.
