All buildings are located at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, 500 Fairgrounds Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.

ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 11, 2018 @ 1:00PM THERE WILL BE A SITE VISIT RELATED TO THIS PROJECT. THE SITE VISIT WILL ALLOW ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCUSS THE BID SPECIFICATIONS AND VIEW THE PROJECT LOCATION. WE WILL ALLOW THREE (3) HOURS FOR THE SITE VISIT; THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND INSPECT THE BUILDINGS – NO FOLLOW-UP OR DROP BY VISITS WILL BE ALLOWED. THE SITE VISIT WILL BEGIN AT THE DOUGLAS COUNTY EVENTS CENTER OFFICE, 500 FAIRGROUNDS DRIVE, CASTLE ROCK, CO 80104.
