Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities), an enterprise of the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado, is seeking qualified Respondent(s) to provide renewable energy and to meet future projected renewable energy needs. Renewable resources for this Request for Proposal (RFP) are those renewable resources which meet the definition contained in the Colorado Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) requirements and any potential combinations that include storage options. All associated energy and renewable energy credits will accrue to Utilities. Utilities welcomes proposals from all potential Respondents who are capable of meeting the requirements of this RFP.

In the afternoon, there will be the opportunity to visit the Colorado Springs Utilities site locations. The site visits will be optional.
