Description

Berthoud Fire Protection District (“BFPD”), Berthoud, Colorado respectfully requests sealed proposals/qualifications for General Contractor services associated with a partial remodel of the fire station/community center, located at 275 Mountain Ave., Berthoud, Colorado. The Project generally consists of, but not limited to:
(1) Selective Interior demolition.
(2) Repairing / replacing of existing section of exterior concrete walkways.
(3) Additional Interior/Exterior demolition work.
(4) Interior framing and finish, doors, painting, flooring, etc.
(5) Expanding and remodeling restroom facilities
(6) Adding new windows
(7) Minor adjustments to interior HVAC duct work with new grills and registers
(8) Adjusting electrical branch circuits to accommodate new floor plan and new lighting
(9) Data cabling
(10) New fire/smoke alarm system with pull stations.
(11) Remodel of kitchen.
(12) Contractor shall secure all required building permits.
