RFP-19-05 - Refrigerator Replacement & Recycling Services

The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide qualified Entity(s)/Contractor(s) with sufficient information regarding the County's needs in order to adequately prepare and submit a response for the pricing of Refrigerator Replacement and Recycling Services to be offered July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, for Arapahoe County Weatherization Assistance Program for low-income households in both Arapahoe and Adams Counties. It is agreed and understood that Responses to this Solicitation are considered to be working documents while they are under consideration, and as such, are not currently subject to official bid openings.  The only information released at the public opening of responses to this Solicitation will be the names of the respondents.  There is no specific number of Contractors to be selected.  Rather, this Request for Proposal is a process designed to provide Arapahoe County with a list of current services and pricing that can be utilized to provide services to eligible low-income household in Arapahoe and Adams Counties.
