Vendors are encouraged to participate in a walk-through inspection of the sites(s) conducted by City personnel, and familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposed prices. Submission of a proposal will be prima facie evidence that the vendor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposed prices.
The Pre-Bid and Site inspection will be located at 18300 West Alameda Parkway; Morrison, CO 80465. This will be the only opportunity for vendors to inspect the site with City personnel.
