In general, the successful bidder will remove and replace non-viable shrubs and trees in designated public right-of-way areas. Additionally, Contractor shall enter into an agreement to provide future replacement services as needed and to provide shrub and tree planting services for additional areas for the City of Pueblo. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, supervision, shrubs, trees, materials, supplies, equipment, shipping/handling, unloading, warranty/guarantee, and insurance necessary to meet service requirements as listed within this Invitation for Bid.
