The Town of Mead is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive wastewater utility service rate study that independently assesses and evaluates the Town of Mead’s existing wastewater service rate system and provide recommendations.

The broad objective of the study is to adequately fund wastewater utility operations, foreseeable capital costs, and bonded debt with rates that are accurate and defensible. The study will be based on a comprehensive review of the Town’s wastewater funds and budgets, customer classes, current usage data, future planned service growth, and any other information deemed necessary.
