Description

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the State Court Administrator’s Office (SCAO), referred to herein as “the Judicial Department” or “the Court”, issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of contracting with a vendor, or vendors, who will provide one (1) or both of the following:

personnel, management and equipment for a copy and legal scanning center located at 1300 Broadway, Denver, CO as well as related services detailed within the draft Form of Task Order, Exhibit A of the draft Master Service Agreement and Task Order “Master Service Agreement” set forth in Section 10;
professional services as detailed within the draft Form of Task Order, Exhibit A of the draft ITS Master Task Order Agreement “ITS Master Agreement” set forth in Section 11.
