19-005 - RFQ for the Pueblo Memorial Airport Master Plan

The City of Pueblo (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified airport planning firms to conduct an airport master plan study for the Pueblo Memorial Airport. This master plan will be funded in part through a Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant. As such, it must meet the requirements of Advisory Circular 150/5070-6B, Airport Master Plans and Advisory Circular 150/5300-13A, Airport Design, which are included by reference only. Terms for the contract will not exceed three (3) years. SOQ shall not exceed 50 pages in its entirety. This request for qualification meets the requirements of Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. As such, cost or fee information shall not be included in any SOQ. SOQs with cost or fee information will be considered non-responsive and rejected.
