Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and labeled “Red Hawk Vehicle Proposal.” Any applicant who wishes their proposal to be considered is responsible for making certain that their proposal is received by the proper time. Proposals must bear original signatures and figures.

All submitted proposals shall include the following for consideration:

Bid amount for trade-in of existing fleet and vehicles. List trade-in value for each vehicle separately (see exhibit A). Appointments to view/evaluate trade in vehicles can be made by contacting Bob Persichetti at 720-733-3505.
Bid amount for the lease purchase of the vehicles. List price for each vehicle separately (see exhibit B). Bid amount is to include freight, delivery, installation and any other charges and/or fees.
Warranty details – New or OEM replacement parts only
Identify any and all contingencies
