THIS SOLICITATION IS POSTED ON ROCKY MOUNTAIN E-PURCHASING FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES ONLY.  Responses to this bid must be posted through the CDOT Supplier Self Service Portal.  Registration:  Suppliers must be registered on the SuSS in order to download solicitation documents and information (including any amendments or modifications) and to be considered responsive at the time of bid submission.  Interested suppliers who have not registered in SuSS must initiate registration immediately (no later than 48 hours before bid closing) to ensure a responsive bid response.
