The purpose of this project is to demolish and remove the existing garage doors. Install new track, motors, associated hardware and electric to new garage doors at the Town’s Public Works facility (39°12'43.00"N 106°54'51.27"W). This project will also include a remote garage door opening solution that includes the capability to operate any door from any remote. It is intended that this project will conform to the Town’s aesthetic, and design specifications found in EXHIBIT B.
