19017 - Probation Workload Study

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Office of the State Court Administrator, Division of Probation Services, referred to herein as “the Judicial Department,” issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of selecting a provider to conduct a workload study for the Division of Probation Services.  The goal of the study is to identify workload values that can be used to:

1.  Estimate the amount of work (in hours, or portions thereof) typically required to supervise a specific level and type of probation case
2. Facilitate a process to more equally distribute and manage probation workload
3. Identify and appropriate FTE need
4. Provide a means for communicating Probation’s relative need for staff resources.
