The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the 1st, 17th, 19th and the 20th Judicial District’s Probation Departments, (the Judicial Department also seeks additional providers for other Districts within the State of Colorado (possibly, the 2nd Judicial District), hereinafter “Probation” issues this Request for Qualifications for the purpose of obtaining supplemental probation services for offenders within the Judicial Districts listed. The contractor will provide supervision as needed to individuals sentenced in County and District Court to probation. The Level of Supervision Inventory (LSI) as well as other assessment instruments will dictate appropriate referrals. This shall include, but not be limited to, monitoring of attendance of Alcohol Level One or Level Two Alcohol Treatment Programs and Domestic Violence Classes.
