Description

The purpose of this RFP and agreement is to advance the design of Brighton Road from the conceptual level to final design including construction plans and construction oversite. The typical roadway cross-section for Brighton Road will be planned for one (1) through lanes (one in each direction) with turn lanes at E 104th Avenue and E. 112th Avenue. Left turn lanes and other safety improvements will also need to be evaluated and designed for E. 104th Way, E. 105th Avenue, Counter Drive and Barclay Court. This project will be designed and constructed with City of Commerce City CIPP Funds. There are no federal or state funds associated or to be used as part of this project.
