20-013 - Pope Block Building Roof Replacement and Restoration

New dates for Mandatory Prebid Meeting and Submittal Deadline

In general, the successful bidder will remove and replace two (2) roof sections, install a liquid roof restoration system for five (5) roof sections, and additional exterior building/roof restoration as specified in Section 2, Scope of Service. The roof systems shall meet UL Class A rating and shall provide required methods and materials to remove and replace the roof system and select roof top components.  Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, unloading, insurance, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the project as specified.    

The project is expected to be awarded in early March 2020; however, in order to provide time for ordering and delivery of materials, the actual start of the construction shall be mid-March 2020 and completed no later than the end of May 2020.  Exceptions to this timeline will be made for inclement weather. 
 
No faxed or electronically delivered bids will be accepted.  Bids received after the time and date listed above will be rejected and an email notice will be sent.
