The Colorado School of Mines seeks bids for Pool Chemicals and Test Kits, on an “FOB Delivered” basis. The Determinant Factor in the award of this solicitation shall be the pricing of Item(s) #1-16, the discount for all other items purchased and delivery fees. Prior to considering the Determinant Factor, the School of Mines may evaluate the bids received to determine bid responsiveness, bidder responsibility, and, at the School’s opinion, other relevant factors such as delivery time.
The purpose of this bid to obtain pricing for pool chemicals items AND a discount off of all other products ordered. When the product is needed, awarded vendor will give pricing listed below. If any other product is ordered besides what is listed below, vendor will give the percentage discount.
This Documented Quote pricing must be valid for a 12-month period with an option to renew for 4 more additional years.
The Documented Quote Award may be awarded to more than one vendor.
