El Paso County is seeking written, best-value bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment, and time necessary to replace existing high pressure sodium lighting fixture with LED fixtures.
The County may contract with one vendor to provide both equipment and labor, or contract with two separate vendors for each. Therefore, bidders can choose to bid for both equipment and labor, or bid on just the parts or labor.
