Description

Mesa County Public Library District (MCPLD) is inviting and requesting bid proposals for Owner’s Representation Services for the design and construction of the Clifton Capital Project. The planned construction of a new library building will be located on a currently vacant 4.99 acre parcel near the intersection of 32 Road and F Road, Grand Junction, CO 81504 (see Appendix A and B) and will have approximately 10,000 – 15,000 square foot of interior space with parking facilities on the southern portion of the site.
