19033 - Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Services

The State of Colorado Judicial Department, by and through the Second Judicial District Probation Department (“Probation”), issues this Request for Proposals for the purpose of obtaining outpatient, Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health certified treatment for offenders being supervised by the Denver Adult Probation Department (DAPD) and the Denver Adult Problem Solving Courts (DAPSC).  Monitoring of compliance with treatment and supervision of additional conditions ordered by the Court will be provided by probation staff, working in collaboration with the selected contractor(s) and the other members of the Problem Solving Court Team.
 
The contractor will provide offender substance use assessment and a defined treatment program for probationers in Problem Solving Court dockets referred to them by the 2nd Judicial District Probation Department.  Method of payment for service may either be “self-pay” or “state pay.” Note this RFP will not service all offenders supervised by DAPD or under jurisdiction of DAPSC.
