RFP-423001 - On-Call Owner’s Representative and Construction Management Services

The City of Longmont (City) and Downtown Development Authority (DDA) are interested in augmenting its staff with the addition of an on-call Owner’s Representative and/or Construction Manager (OR/CM) to assist with upcoming vertical construction projects. The City and DDA (City/DDA) are looking to contract with a firm that will advocate for the goals of each construction project while ensuring proper closeout and future maintenance requirements. The work of the OR/CM will vary depending on the project and the City/DDA’s requirements and may require construction management as well. Possible involvement may include securing land and any necessary easements, permits and financial incentives for the project, ensuring the project complies with local and City requirements, fielding requests for proposals and contracting with vendors such as developers, general contractors, engineers, and architecture firms. The City currently has on-call services for architecture, engineering and construction to assist in developing a Project Team.
