The City of Longmont is seeking landscaping contractors to provide a range of landscape services on an on-call, as needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to, landscape repair or restoration of an existing area, new landscape projects, irrigation installation or repair, and other miscellaneous landscaping projects. Work required may also include services on private property where repair is paid for by the City.
The City intends to award to several contractors and contracts may be used by various departments throughout the City. The City cannot guarantee the amount of work resulting from this contract.
Although reasonable notice to the contractor is preferred, there may occasion that requires immediate action. Contractors should consider the urgency of response to such work and make a commitment to the City to prioritize the City’s needs if requested.
