The City of Brighton, Colorado (City) requires the services of qualified firms to provide on-call/as needed Well and Pump Maintenance & Repair Services. These include but are not limited to well inspection, well rehab, pump maintenance, pump coating, pump repair, and other miscellaneous services as needed. The City intends to retain multiple qualified firms to provide services up to the end of 2020 with the option to extend the agreement for four (4) years thereafter in one-year increments. The City does not guarantee any number of projects or compensation to be awarded under this Professional Service Agreement (PSA). Firms are asked to only submit qualifications for the areas in which they are proficient and experienced, either Well Repair and Maintenance, Pump Repair and Maintenance, or both. The City will review and rank each category on its own merit, so submission for both as opposed to a single area will not improve or hinder the chance of being selected. Upon selection of the most qualified firms, and approval by the City Manager, the City will negotiate a contract with the selected firms to provide professional services.
