The Olympic Ballfield Restroom Renovation Project consists of improvements to the existing facility located at 15501 E. Yale Ave, Aurora, CO. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the supply and installation of the following:

Additional Bidding Instructions

The Aurora Municipal Center (AMC) is closed until further notice.

Each bid response shall be submitted on the prescribed forms supplied in the Project Manual.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check made payable to the City of Aurora in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. Original bid bonds do not have to be mailed; however, each bidder should maintain the original on file should the City request it at a later time.

Bids shall be submitted electronically, preferably in a PDF format, through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (aka BidNet Direct) and must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) on October 20, 2020. Late bids will NOT be accepted.
