El Paso County (County) is seeking written bids from qualified, experienced contractors to provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for New Santa Fe Regional Trail Flood Repairs (Project). The Project generally includes the repair or replacement of: soft surface trails, drainage culverts, concrete low water creek crossing, and embankments and slopes at 37 El Paso County Park locations damaged in 2015 flooding. Completed work must meet the scope of work, specifications, and construction details provided by El Paso County (see attachments).
