The project consists of the construction of two new residences including civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical components, including primary electrical service, connection to existing water wells, and new septage drainfields. Mechanical and electrical systems, shop-fabricated wood trusses, and laminated veneer lumber (LVL) are design-build.
