The City of Boulder will be undertaking a partial remodel and upgrading of the
Municipal Building, located at 1777 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado. The construction
portion of the project will consist of the demolition and reconstruction of several
demising walls, including finishes and painting, and painting of non-affected office and
common spaces. As a part of the construction work, and prior to painting, all rubber base
will be removed by General Contractor.
