Services to include mowing and trimming of all irrigated turf areas at a height of 3” (inches) within the Loveland Burial Park and Lakeside Cemetery properties. Mowing to be performed on a weekly basis while trimming to be performed on a bi-weekly basis. Trimming to include around trees, headstones, columbarium’s, fence lines, posts and markers.

Mowing season is typically April 1 through October 31
Special event preparation will require the contractor to blow clippings and leaf debris off headstones after mowing and trimming has been completed. Special events are:
- Mother’s Day – Sunday, May 12, 2019
- Memorial Day – Monday, May 27, 2019
- Father’s Day – Sunday, June 16, 2019
- Independence Day – Thursday, July 4, 2019
- Labor Day – Monday, September 2, 2019
Cemetery properties will have graveside services and other memorials during normal business hours. Contractor shall work with Cemetery Operations staff to schedule mowing and trimming around these types of services.

Any damage to headstones, benches, markers, fence poles, trees, vegetation, or any other City property or any other private property caused by mowing or trimming operations will be the sole financial responsibility of the contractor for repair and/or replacement as deemed necessary by the Cemetery Supervisor.
