Bidders are required to attend a MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting to address any questions or concerns that may arise after review of the RFP, and to satisfy themselves as to the nature and scope of the work to be done and the challenges that may exist. Please allow one hour for this meeting. Prompt attendance is required. A representative of your firm must attend. Non-attendance will disallow bidders from submitting a proposal.
