R-2025 - Lower South Platte Master Plan

The City of Aurora (Aurora) is soliciting proposals to prepare a master plan for the development of water supply in the Lower South Platte Basin. The purpose of the master plan is threefold: 1. Assist Aurora with planning projects to utilize existing water assets, 2. Identify future opportunities that will increase Aurora’s water supply yield in the Lower South Platte Basin, and 3. Assist Aurora in understanding the impacts of certain long-term trends on water supply availability. The final product of this master plan will be an implementation strategy of 1 or 2 portfolios comprised of short-term and long-term processes and projects. This RFP will include background information, scope of work outline, and schedule.
