The Colorado School of Mines seeks bids for a Lined Magnet Assembly as per Drawings, on an “FOB Delivered” basis. The Determinant Factor in the award of this solicitation shall be the total sum of Item(s) #1-2, shown below. Prior to considering the Determinant Factor, the School of Mines may evaluate the bids received to determine bid responsiveness, bidder responsibility, and, at the School’s opinion, other relevant factors such as delivery time.
