PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING
This pre-proposal meeting will help familiarize vendors with the scope of work and gives the vendors the opportunity to ask clarifying questions. The meeting will be held at 9:00 AM, December 1, 2017, in the Lake Estes Conference Room at 200 W. Oak Street, 3rd Floor, Fort Collins, Colorado. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. Vendors should read the entire solicitation document prior to the meeting.
