  A Pre-bid meeting/walk-through will be held February 15, 2018 at 1:00 PM MST. All vendors attending the meeting are to meet at The Budweiser Events Center (front lobby), 5290 Arena Circle, Loveland, Colorado.
   
  Representatives from The Ranch will be present to provide a guided tour and answer questions. Vendors are expected to have reviewed the entire solicitation prior to attending this pre-bid meeting and bring clarifying questions.
