Description

The Board of Larimer County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids at the office of the Purchasing Director, 200 W. Oak Street, Suite 4000, Fort Collins, Colorado, 80521, up to 2:00 P.M. (our clock), on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud

The work consists of providing all equipment, materials, and labor as may be required for the complete installation of the new above-ground storage tank (AST) system at the Larimer County Fleet Services’ Estes Park Shop in Estes Park, Colorado. Included in the work is the installation of one (1) new 8,000-gallon dual-compartment UL2085 AST (4,000-gallon unleaded gasoline and 4,000-gallon diesel fuel) system and one (1) new 500-gallon Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank with dispensing system.

PRE-BID MEETING

An on-site pre-bid meeting is scheduled at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 20th, at the Estes Park R&B Shop, located at 543 Elm Road, Estes Park, CO 80517. Representatives of Larimer County will be present to discuss the project and to answer questions. Vendors are requested (not required) to attend and participate in the meeting. Vendors should read the entire Invitation to Bid document prior to the meeting and bring clarifying questions. Vendors need to bring appropriate safety wear and weather–appropriate clothing as the meeting and site visit walk-thru will be conducted outside in upper elevation terrain.
** NO OTHER MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED **
