To consider contracting with a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) General Contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services for the renovation of the Coroner’s administration office and morgue facilities. The renovation is approximately 11,000 sqft and is in a spaced leased by the County. It is anticipated that the CMaR Contractor should be selected by the end of August and will assist in the design process through pre-construction and construction.
