The El Paso County Community Services Department, Planning Division, is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced contractors to provide services related to the development of a Master Plan and Construction Documents for the Kane Ranch Open Space. The project budget is being funded through a Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) grant and 2014 Ballot Question 1A funds.
The selected Contractor shall enter into a Professional Services Contract with the County to provide the services outlined herein. Each task, as identified in this Request for Proposals (RFP), shall only begin once directed by the County Project Manager. The selected Contractor shall be required to meet all local, regional, and state codes.
The terms “bidder” and “proposer” shall be interchangeable for this RFP. “Contractor” and “Consultant” shall be interchangeable for this RFP and shall refer to the awarded firm.
