The State of Colorado Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation, hereafter OJPE, issues this Request for Proposals to obtain services from an independent Provider to manage the overall survey process as a component of, and in conjunction with, judicial performance evaluations conducted by judicial performance commissions and managed by the Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation. The process will consist of but is not limited to, survey, analyze, and generate reports for justices and judges being evaluated as part of the Judicial Performance Evaluation program.
