ITB-18-06 - Johnson Park Trail Reconstruction

Reconstruction of two portions of the trail to remove vertical and horizontal alignment issues in Johnson Park along the south side of Clear Creek west of Wadsworth Boulevard. Non-motorized traffic will be maintained on the trail during daylight hours and the trail cannot be closed except for night work.  Approximate quantities include:  removal of 590 SY of concrete sidewalk, 283 CY of embankment material, 2,076 SY of seeding and blanket, 16 LF of 4’ x 2’ reinforced concrete box culvert, and 700 SY of concrete sidewalk and pavement, some reinforced. Cost Range is $130,000 to $160,000.  Anticipated start date is by early July, 2018.  Completion time is approximately 60 working days.

The project scope has been revised, as compared to the project that was bid out and subsequently cancelled in 2017.
