DCSD is seeking firm bid prices to provide general janitorial services for three (3) District Stadiums. The three (3) DCSD Stadiums are Douglas County Stadium (Castle Rock), Shea Stadium (Highlands Ranch) and Echo Park Stadium (Parker). DCSD Stadiums are used for Games, Sports Activities, Events and other facility uses. We will require general janitorial services in all three Stadiums post event, the following morning, after games, sports activities or other facility uses at District Stadiums. The post event cleaning will be based on our sports and activities calendar each school year, as well as other facility uses and on an as needed basis determined by DCSD. Janitorial services shall be on the following morning, between the hours of 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, although hours and days will vary per location based on need.
