0614192 - Integrated Document Management Solution

The primary focus of this request is to assist the Government of Gilpin County, Colorado in simplifying document management for internal departments and Commissioners. Our goal is to be able to reduce costs of document hard copy storage, increase efficiency by allowing simpler searchability of documents, and by having documents available for efficient retrieval. The proposal should include appropriate electronic workflow for Public Hearing agenda items and other suitable processes. In addition, we need the solution to be integrated with our current applications and systems. Finally, we need to have appropriate security permissions and document auditing in place with the solution.
