Description

The contractor will provide installation, service and maintenance of Building Support Equipment (BSE) throughout numerous City facilities. This includes, but is not limited to: full remedial coverage including all parts and labor of USP systems; preventative maintenance, repairs and replacement of all other components of the City of Loveland’s "BSE".
Contractors shall have a minimum of 10 years' experience inspecting, maintaining and servicing Generator, HVAC, UPS systems and associated Batteries.
