Description

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, hereinafter referred to as the County, respectfully requests proposals from responsible and qualified firms for a fully operational, flexible, secure and reliable inmate telephone system. The provision of inmate phone service with video visitation and the quality/reliability of service are a high priority. Firms who submit a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be responsible to submit technical solutions based on their programs that meet or exceed the goals and objectives set-forth herein.

THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL ALLOW ALL INTERESTED PARTIES THE OPPORTUNITY TO VIEW THE LOCATION AND DISCUSS THE PROJECT DETAILS. THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD AT THE ROBERT A. CHRISTENSEN JUSTICE CENTER, 4000 JUSTICE WAY, CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO 80109. EACH PERSON MUST CLEAR SECURITY BEFORE ENTERING THE LOBBY; THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 9:30 AM. ONLY THOSE ATTENDING THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL RESPONSE ON THIS PROJECT.
