Description

Jefferson County Public Library (JCPL) is seeking competitive responses from qualified vendors and/or
resellers for the supply, delivery & install of a network based enterprise storage solution that expands the
ability of the existing system & replaces older storage solutions currently in place. The solution must
incorporate a Flash storage/NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) solution that is scalable up to & possibly beyond 1 PB of storage without any performance issues or challenges with latency. This system will be
used in a centralized manner located at our LSC data center supporting approximately 13 other locations.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be e-mailed only to RFP@JeffcoLibrary.org by the due date specified, with the subject line “Response to IT Storage Solutions RFP”. There will be no formal bid opening. A selection committee will review & evaluate all replies/proposals for content and may request clarification from or interviews with finalists. Recommendations of this committee will be forwarded to the Executive Director for approval & execution. JCPL reserves the right to check
both references offered in the response and also any other references, regardless of the source. JCPL will be the
sole judge of the completeness of all information requested and submitted by respondents. JCPL reserves the right to make all decisions regarding this procurement, including, without limitation, the right to decide whether a response does or does not substantially comply with RFP requirements or bidding procedures and requirements.
