Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District, owner and operator of Adventure Golf and Raceway is seeking bids for Concession Building Remodel, located at Adventure Golf and Raceway, 9650 N. Sheridan Blvd., Westminster, CO 80031.
Work will include, but not be limited to the following:
Partial demolition, new walls and windows, mechanical and electrical.
Contractor must supply all labor, equipment, tools and materials to complete this project.
