18-690-001 - Human Resources Information Systems

Poudre School District is seeking proposals from experienced, highly qualified and capable Offerors to provide a multiyear contract to furnish, implement and provide on-going support for the Human Resources Information Systems software. The System shall include Employee Absence Management; Time Reporting and Substitute Notification; Applicant Tracking; Interactive Employee Portal and Records Management; and Employee Performance Evaluation. Offerors responding to this Request for Proposal are encouraged to be very specific and detailed in their responses. The responses will be evaluated for quality, comprehensiveness, experience, and deliverables meeting the scope of work, specifications and criteria.
